Le Conseil mondial de l’eau (CME) a recommandé avec insistance aux gouvernements et aux banques et fonds d’investissement dans le monde lundi, de réaliser un investissement prioritaire dans le secteur de l’eau pour adapter les infrastructures hydrauliques et accroître la résilience face aux effets du changement climatique
