COP 15 : Le secteur privé invité à explorer les opportunités de l’économie verte

Pour le ministre ivoirien du commerce , Souleymane Diarrassouba,  l’une des opportunités de financements qui s’offre au secteur privé reste incontestablement la finance verte

Au cours du  Business Forum de la Cop 15 tenu le mardi 10 mai 2022 autour du thème ” Quelles stratégies de mobilisation de la finance verte pour le développement,” le ministre ivoirien du Commerce, de l’Industrie et de la Promotion des PME, Souleymane Diarrassouba, a exhorté le secteur privé à explorer les opportunités de l’économie verte.

« Au-delà du PND 2021-2025, le secteur privé accompagne aussi l’Etat de Côte d’Ivoire dans la réalisation de projets économiques majeurs et l’une des opportunités de financements qui s’offre à lui reste incontestablement la finance verte », a indiqué Souleymane Diarrassouba.

Aussi, le ministre a t-il invité les acteurs du secteur privé et particulièrement les PME et les grandes entreprises à jouer leur partition dans cette transition écologique dans la mesure où elles occupent une place prépondérante dans la création d’emplois et de richesses.

Le ministère ivoirien du commerce, à travers ce Business Forum, nourri l’ambition  d’identifier les faiblesses et les besoins des acteurs du secteur privé tout en renforçant les capacités des acteurs nationaux en matière de finance climatique. Bien plus, le Business forum vise à définir des actions qui peuvent exercer un effet de levier, mobiliser des fonds concessionnels et privés de manière efficace, de sorte à limiter les risques dans les interventions du secteur privé.
