L’Égypte souhaite jouer un rôle clé dans l’intégration régionale en Afrique

Le président égyptien, Abdel Fattah Al-Sissi,

Le Forum Africa 2017 s’est achevé dans la cité balnéaire égyptienne de Charm el-Cheick par une déclaration du Président al-Sissi annonçant sa volonté de renforcer l’intégration africaine.

Le Président Abdel Fattah al-Sissi a accueilli cinq chefs d’État et plus de 2 000 dirigeants de 75 pays.

Le Forum a insisté sur la nécessité de mobiliser les ressources nationales et d’être autonomes sur le plan économique. Le Forum a donné aux chefs d’entreprise l’occasion de rencontrer des investisseurs, de discuter avec des décideurs et responsables politiques, et de réfléchir aux moyens d’améliorer le climat des affaires sur le continent.

Le Forum a aussi mis l’accent sur la coopération Chine-Afrique.

Lors de deux tables rondes animées par les chefs d’État et des dirigeants d’affaires africains, le Président égyptien s’est engagé à faire tout son possible pour unir davantage le continent sur les plans politique et économique.

Le Forum a souligné la nécessité d’augmenter le commerce intra-africain, la croissance inclusive et le développement de la coopération Chine-Afrique, en particulier en termes de transfert de technologies.
