Il y a de l’argent pour financer la lutte contre les effets du climat mais le continent africain est très souvent absent à la table de distribution. Comment faciliter alors l’accès direct des africains au fonds vert et à la finance climat ?

La question était au cœur d’un panel auquel beaucoup d’acteurs africains ont pris part au pavillon africain, à Bab Igli à Marrakech, au village de la COP22.

Parmi les panélistes, un certain Luc Gnacadja, ancien Ministre de l’environnement du Bénin.
