Le projet d’accord de Paris présenté aux ministres africains

A la COP 21 à Paris le segment ministériel a démarré ces travaux ce matin.

Sur la table des ministres de l’environnement de 195 pays un projet d’accord. Ce même projet d’accord a été présenté hier aux ministres africains de l’environnement par le groupe africain des négociateurs. Des inquiétudes persistent. Plusieurs questions demeurent sans réponse ou doivent attendre une réponse politique.

Le pavillon Afrique à la COP 21 a servi de cadre à cette rencontre. En ligne de Paris, Didier Hubert MADAFIME.
