A la COP 21 à Paris, les négociations n’avancent pas ou tout au plus avancent à petits pas. Pays développés et pays en développement n’accordent pas toujours leur violon sur le contenu qu’on doit donner à la question d’adaptation. Du coup les négociations se coincent.  Qu’est ce qui se passe au juste à Paris Climat 2015, élément de réponse avec notre envoyé spécial, à Paris, Didier Hubert MADAFIME.
