Le parc des expositions du Bourget à Paris se vident peu à peu contrairement aux autres jours. Pour certains, la COP 21 à Paris est terminé même si jusque-là, aucun accord n’a pu être trouvé. En attendant que la fumée se lève du toit de Paris climat 2015, quel que soit sa couleur, la COP 21 à Paris aura été aussi une occasion ratée.  Didier Hubert MADAFIME, notre envoyé spécial fait le point.
