Les évènements du 13 novembre 2015 à Paris n’ont pas ébranlé les organisateurs de la COP 21, la Conférence Internationale sur le climat.

Cette grande messe consacrée au climat aura bel et bien lieu dans la capitale française à partir de lundi prochain.

Le but de l’exercice, s’entendre sur un accord juridique et contraignant qui limite le réchauffement climatique. Plus facile à dire qu’à faire. A quelques jours des travaux, Didier Hubert Madafimè nous situe sur les enjeux des assises.
