Le forum sur les contributions des pays à la réduction des gaz à effet de serre qui a démarré ce matin à l’hôtel Sofitel de Rabat au Maroc apporte deux nouvelles : une bonne et une mauvaise. Près deux cents participants ont pris part à la cérémonie d’ouverture, tous, des acteurs du climat.

A quelques mois de la conférence sur le climat à Paris, le forum de Rabat est un tournant pour faire le point des contributions.
