La Tunisie signe une convention de financement avec le FADES d’une valeur de $166 million

Yassine Brahim, et le Président du Conseil d’Administration du Fonds arabe pour le Développement économique et social, Abdelatif Youssef Al-Hamad,

 Une convention de financement a été signée à Lima entre Tunisie et le Fonds Arabe pour le développement économique et social (FADES), d’une valeur de $166 million, en marge des travaux des réunions annuelles, de la Banque Mondiale (BM) et du Fond Monétaire International (FMI) qui se tiennent du 7 au 11 octobre courant, dans la capital péruvienne.

Le ministre tunisien du Développement, de l’Investissement et de la Coopération internationale, Yassine Brahim, et le Président du Conseil d’Administration du Fonds arabe pour le Développement économique et social, Abdelatif Youssef Al-Hamad, ont signé samedila convention de financement.

Ce financement est destiné au programme de construction et d’entretien de routes bitumées de 630 km et des pistes rurales de 360 km dans la plupart des régions de la Tunisie où les infrastructures routières rurales sont dans un état dégradé depuis des années.

Dans le cadre de sa participation aux réunions des institutions de Bretton Woods à la tête de la délégation tunisienne, Brahim a exposé la situation économique et sociale en Tunisie ainsi que les difficultés enregistrées et les réformes programées.
