COP 12 à Ankara: le segment ministériel s’installe

Le segment ministériel de la COP 12, la 12ème Conférence des Parties a démarré ce matin à Ankara, la capitale de la Turquie avec une présence surprise de son Président Recept Tayyep Erdogane.

Malgré les évènements de ces derniers temps ayant frappé son pays, le Président Turc a tenu a marqué sa présence à cette étape des travaux.

C’est avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme qu’il a été reçu ce matin dans le centre de la Conférence. Didier Hubert Madafime est en ligne depuis Ankara pour le point de la cérémonie d’ouverture.
