L’océan atlantique, le casse-tête des pays côtiers

Tous les pays qui ont la mer ou l’océan comme frontière se font tous les jours du souci.

C’est le cas du Bénin. Sa capitale économique Cotonou  est dans la ligne de mire de l’océan atlantique.

A l’Est où la situation est critique, les autorités tentent de limiter les dégâts en posant des épis. Certains journalistes sont allés voir comment faire face à l’érosion côtière. Il s’agit de ceux qui sont venus du Niger, du Burkina Faso, du Togo et du Bénin et qui ont pris part, à une formation sur le changement climatique.

La formation organisée par l’Association des journalistes et communicateurs scientifiques a pris fin par une visite de terrain. L’érosion côtière à l’Est de Cotonou est un bel exemple des dégâts causés par le réchauffement climatique. Craintes et espoirs face à un phénomène naturel, une enquête de Didier Hubert Madafimè.
