The vice-president of the European Investment Bank (BEI), Pim van Ballekom, and the Malawi minister of Finances, Economic planning and Development, Goodall Gondwe, on Friday signed a loan agreement for an extra 24 million Euros to finance the investment programme in the water sector in the city of Lilongwe.
